🏨 Tomburg Barracks – Accommodation Building

The new building constructed at the Tomburg Barracks is part of a comprehensive modernization program initiated by the German Armed Forces to enhance accommodation standards and meet the requirements of a modern military.

The building has a total gross floor area of 5,300 m² and consists of three above-ground floors and an attic level. Designed according to a modern hotel concept, the facility comprises a total of 126 rooms.

Our Design Scope
As a subcontractor, IBS was responsible for the Mechanical design as well as for coordination with other disciplines during the planning phases LPh 3 and LPh 5.

Through seamless coordination across all planning stages, a clash-free overall Mechanical model was successfully developed and delivered.
