🏫 New Elementary School Building Firmenich

The school building is designed with a butterfly-shaped layout, featuring a central assembly hall that connects two two-story wings with classrooms.

With a total internal area of approximately 4,500 m², the school offers flexible learning and common spaces. The administration and cafeteria are located in a separate building, with the cafeteria also serving as a multi-purpose event space for up to 220 seats.

Our Design Scope
As a subcontractor, IBS was responsible for the MEP design as well as for coordination with other disciplines during the planning phases LPh 3 and LPh 5.

Through seamless coordination across all planning stages, a clash-free overall MEP model was successfully developed and delivered.
