Maintenance and repair activities for multiple metro lines on the Anatolian side of Istanbul are carried out at this facility. As a critical hub for rail system operations on the Anatolian side, the complex is equipped with an extensive technical infrastructure serving various specialized functions.
The facility includes electromechanical workshops, track maintenance workshops, electronic materials storage areas, calibration rooms, quality control laboratories, catenary workshops, oil storage areas, flammable and hazardous materials storage, heavy maintenance workshops, and welding workshops, all of which support the safe, efficient, and sustainable operation of the metro network.

Our Design Scope Our team was responsible for the design of the MEP and fire protection systems for this project.
The entire planning phase was coordinated using BIM to ensure seamless coordination with the other disciplines.
