A new Lehr- und Lernzentrum (Education and Learning Center) is planned at the UKT Schnarrenberg campus, comprising six floors and a total gross floor area of approximately 31,325 m². The center is intended to serve as a key hub for medical education and health sciences.

The facility is designed to accommodate various student groups, including medical students, nursing education programs, and clinical training courses. The building will include lecture rooms, practical training areas (skills labs), a library, cafeteria, and administrative offices, providing a comprehensive learning environment.

Our Design Scope
As a subcontractor, IBS was responsible for the HVAC design as well as for coordination with other disciplines during the planning phases LPh 3 and 5.

The project has been developed using BIM (Building Information Modeling) and all interdisciplinary coordination activities are carried out within this digital environment.
