The project comprises four exclusive multi-family residential buildings, each containing seven residential units. All four buildings are interconnected via a shared underground parking garage.
Each building includes one 2-room apartment, three 3-room apartments, and three 4-room apartments. The smallest apartment has a living area of approximately 90 m², while the largest unit offers a living space of approximately 130 m².

Our Design Scope
As a subcontractor, IBS was responsible for MEP design and coordination with other disciplines during the LPh-3, and LPh-5 phases. A clash-free MEP project was delivered by ensuring smooth integration throughout all design stages.
