🔧 Vehicle Training Building / Training Hall

The project comprises two buildings located within the Körner Barracks in Aachen: a Vehicle Training Building and a Vehicle Training Hall.

The training building, with a gross floor area of approximately 2,110 m², accommodates offices, classrooms, and storage areas, providing the necessary infrastructure for theoretical instruction and administrative functions.

The training hall, with a gross floor area of approximately 2,050 m² and a gross volume of 11,655 m³, is designed for practical training activities and vehicle maintenance and storage, supporting hands-on education and operational requirements.

Our Design Scope
As a subcontractor, IBS was responsible for the MEP design as well as for coordination with other disciplines during the planning phase LPh 5.

The project has been developed using BIM (Building Information Modeling) and all interdisciplinary coordination activities are carried out within this digital environment.
